Hosting and delivery

Infrastructure The service is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States. Usage measurement is provided by Google Firebase Analytics. See the Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payment processor Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s infrastructure and are not stored by Yando. The payment contract is with Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Artificial intelligence

Search ranking and reply drafts are produced with the Grok API operated by X.AI LLC (“xAI”), a Nevada company. Yando sends only the inputs needed to produce the result. xAI processes that data solely on our behalf and under our contractual instructions. See the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Askline name, mark, interface, texts and software are owned by Yando Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without prior written permission, except as allowed by law or by the Terms of Service.

Personal data

Yando Pte. Ltd. is the controller of personal data processed through Askline. How we collect, use and share that data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

Askline is operated from Singapore. Disputes are governed as described in the Terms of Service (laws of Singapore, with mandatory consumer protections where they apply).
